Step into the rolling hills of Comfort, TX, for an evening of culinary magic at Hill Country Cider House’s new event center, Holiday Orchard. This exclusive supper club features a guided four-course tasting hosted by Chef Jared Campbell, Head Chef and Owner of "Experience a Chef", paired with artisan ciders made right here on site.
Each dish has been crafted to showcase seasonal ingredients and bold technique—then paired to perfection with Hill Country’s most expressive pours:
- 🍉 Prosciutto-wrapped melon bites with fresh mint and crumbled feta, joined by an Endless Melon Mojito, mixed live with our salted watermelon cider. A chilled, citrusy opener with a playful twist.
- 🍑 Pan-seared scallops glazed in peach gastrique and topped with microgreens, paired with Peach Perfect. This cider’s ripe peach notes lift the richness of scallop and sauce alike.
- 🍷 Sous vide beef short rib with pomegranate-miso glaze and root vegetables, matched to Black Bart, a Gentleman's Cider, a dry blackberry cider with a lingering dark berry finish. Bold, structured, and elegantly rebellious.
- 🍫 Dark chocolate tart layered with blackberry compote and candied lemon zest, paired with Sweet Bailey, our blackberry dessert cider with a perfect balance of sweet and tart. It’s the final toast—and what a finish.
